10 out of 10! I had back pain at the first visit. Jonathan gave me stretching to do on my own and used dry needling with other treatments. I felt like a new man when he was finished. Later, he helped me get back to normal after golfer’s elbow.

A more personal kind of physical therapy

One clinician. Your goals. A plan that makes sense.

Back At It Physical Therapy was built for people who want time, clarity, and individual attention—not a crowded clinic or a one-size-fits-all exercise sheet.

Every visit is directly with Dr. Jonathan Schutza. Care is designed around what matters to you, whether that means walking without pain, returning to training, keeping up with family, or simply trusting your body again.

How I can help

Care for the whole person—not just one body part.

01

Pain & injury rehabilitation

A clear, progressive plan for orthopedic pain, injuries, and movement problems—from the first evaluation through your return to daily life, work, or sport.

02

Performance & movement

Strength, mobility, and movement assessment for active adults who want to move with more confidence and build lasting physical capacity.

03

Hands-on care

Manual therapy and dry needling may be included when appropriate, always paired with education and an active plan you understand.

What to expect

We start with your story, your symptoms, and your goals.

  2. 02

    Get a thorough one-on-one evaluation.

We look at movement, strength, sensitivity, and the bigger picture.

  3. 03

Leave with a plan you understand.

Common questions

Know what to expect before you arrive.

Do you only treat foot and ankle problems?

No. Although Dr. Schutza is widely known for foot and ankle education, the local practice treats musculoskeletal pain and movement problems throughout the body.

Do you accept insurance?

Back At It is a cash-pay physical therapy practice. Payment is made directly to the practice, and a superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

What happens at the first visit?

Your initial visit is a one-on-one evaluation focused on your history, goals, movement, and the factors most likely to be driving the problem. You leave with a clear explanation and plan.

Where are appointments held?

Appointments are held inside Theatre School of Dance and Pilates at 3900 Viking Drive in Bossier City, Louisiana.
